Noel Gorman serves as Chief Operating Officer, where he provides strategic leadership across the university’s professional service functions, including central services and academic registry.
A versatile and highly adaptable senior executive, Noel brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning both public and private sectors.
Utilising a lean approach to transformation in the public sector, Noel has consistently led high-impact initiatives that foster collaboration, unlock individual potential, and build high-performance teams.
His leadership style is rooted in empowerment and strategic foresight, enabling organizations to navigate change with confidence and clarity.
Noel holds a BSc in Energy Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management, and an MSc in Leadership and Strategy.
He also holds the title of Adjunct Associate Professor in the University’s School of Medicine, reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and cross-functional leadership.
